DAY 1
Fáilte Roimh Éirinn
Airport Arrival - we will pick you up at he airport and embark straight to our first Irish adventure.
After a short drive we will arrive at Brú na Bóinne is a prehistoric monument older than Stonehenge and the Giza Pyramids, it paired with Cnóbh, a Neolithic passage grave, will make for a great first experience into the Mystical past of Ireland
Next we we stop by the Famous 9th century Trim Castle and the Bective Abbey for some sight seeing.
-Then we head to the your self-Catering House"The Grocery" in quaint village of Tyrellspass to rest up for the next day's journey after a few pints of Guinness at the Pub next door.

DAY 2
Ghosts and Fellow Explorers of the Past
This morning we will head to a special treat for Nomad Members, Charleville Castle, which is the most Haunted Castle in Europe as well as the global expedition base of "The Explorers' Museum" in honor of the Charles Howard-Bury, a notable as an explorer, and one of the honored Explorers of the Nomad society. The castle played host to Lord Byron, who held many eccentric parties here.
Afterward, we head from there to the next most haunted Castle called Leap Castle, built in the 13th century with an amazing history and many ghost sightings, it is privately owned but Sean Ryan who does private tours for our group.
Then we head to further Northwest to "Sean's Bar" which is the oldest Pub is Ireland, to take in a few pints and relax for the evening.
This night we will be staying at a Self-catering apartment situated next to the local County pub, located in Ballyforan village.

DAY 3
Sligo aka Yeats County
In the next 2 days we will be staying near Sligo famous for Music and of course W.B. Yeats, dearly known as Yeats's County.
With more than few sites to see and plenty of time to explore we try to fit in as much as possible including Parke's Castle, Yeats Grave, Sligo Abbey, etc...
We will also be visiting the famous An Cheathrú Mhór, a large group of megalithic tombs on the Cúil Irra peninsula near Sligo. They were built in the 4th millennium BC, during the Neolithic era.
This night you will be staying is a historic Georgian country house built in the 1840s, with spectacular views over looking the valley in the heart of Yeats' county. Close to the ocean and Ox mountains.

DAY 4
Locals Abound
After a few hours drive from Sligo county to Galway County, we will arrive in Atherny and indulge in the "Medieval Experience" at the Heritage Museum stop by Thoor Ballylee to time travel to Yeats' Tower.
That night we will head to Tigh Giblin a pub owned by a friend's family and enjoy their warm hospitality to enjoy a great craic with some live music and more than a few pints.
That night we head to the Village of Craughwell and stay at a lovely apartment called "The Fairy Tree" in a partial stone 2 bedroom cottage.

DAY 5
Cliffs of Moher
A slower paced day where we first stop by an award winning cheese shop, and thne off to see the Aillte an Mhothair (Cliffs of Moher) which are seacliffs that run 14 km of the Burren in County Clare, which rise 120 meters above the Atlantic Ocean. The area was used in many films, like one of the Harry Potter films, Bringing out the Dead, and The Princess bride. And is one of the most famous sites in Ireland. And then we stop by Poulnabrone Dolmen, a ancient megalithic tomb. In the afternoon and evening we will search for some traditional Irish music in the villages of Doolin and Ennistimon.
That night we will Relax in a 3-bedroom 19th century Burren Cottage Retreat.
