Greece Information and Culture
As with all countries of the world there is always some cultural taboos to be aware of.  Some are the law. some are just out of respect, and as always there is our Nomad standards as well. This is important information for everyone.  this also include specific information to review,
Walking
Be carefully walking, a lot of the roads can be slippery especially if it rains, the Acropolis has marble roads and stairs so be careful when walking, as well as the other sites. And you will be doing a decent amount of walking, while the group will be using many forms of transport, from private shuttles, personal vehicles, ferries, taxis, and metros, the main form of transport at times will be your feet. This doesn't mean you will be walking for 30 miles a day, but plan for 8-11 km a day (5-7 miles) and hope for under 5 km or less (3 miles or less.) This is why a good pair of hiking shoe or boots is  necessary.

Mornings
To avoid missing out on things on your Journey, the days are full from early mornings till late evening. Several days your group will be on the road by 7:30am (sometomes earlier) and everyone must be ready as to not delay the days activities, to avoid heavy crowds, and the afternoon sun. The evenings are more optional, if you are tired and ready for an early evening, you are welcome to head back early. Otherwise, you are welcome to dance the night away, But be aware that the morning comes quick and you must be on time for the next days activities.

Breakfast
As stated Breakfast will be fresh Greek pastries or fresh bread of your choice. A few of the days you will have breakfast included with the room. As we have early mornings many times, the group will pick up pastries and snacks for the next day the night before, especially on the mainland Journey days.
Late Dinners
In Greece Dinners are late, some restaurants don't even open till 8pm, so be prepared for that as well, sometimes you will have to do an earlier dinner if the the next day is very early.

Laundry
Laundry will mostly have to be done by hand, and if possible you may have a chance to get it done, but Do Not Depend on this. So shower and sink washing of clothes are generally the standard. If you have neverr done this before or been on a Nomad Journey, ask your hosts for tips.
